If you booked your flight and rooms through our travel agent then the transportation should be included. If not then there are several companies that provide taxi services. The one our travel agent uses is Nexus Tours.

The page detailing the Schedule of Celebrations provides some suggestions on what to wear for the events.

As the days will get hot in Cancun (the evenings are warm) and the events are outside, we recommend that you wear something cool and breathable.

The wedding celebrations will occur at different venues at the Dreams Jade Resort & Spa located in Cancun Mexico. The page detailing the Schedule of Celebrations provides details of all the venues.

Most of the events include dinner or a snack. The resort has many buffets and restaurants you can eat at between events. Since the resort is all-inclusive, then all food and drinks are included.

You will need to find a place for dinner on Feb 17th as the Welcome Event is after dinner.

After the wedding, you will have time to try one of the restaurants available at the resort. We recommend that you make a reservation at the restaurants ahead of time.

We recommend that you stay at the Dreams Jade resort as the resort charges a fee to enter for those guests not staying at the resort. Additionally, you won't need to arrange transportation to and from the resort.

But most importantly, by staying at the Dreams Jade resort, you will be able to spend more time with Sandhya and Abhay, as they hope to be relaxing at the pool between events.

If you do book your own hotel, please let us know so that we can add you to the wedding group.

The travel agency can only book the flights for Canadian departures. For guests living in the USA or international, then you will need to book your own flights. But please book your resort rooms through the travel agent so that you are added to our wedding party.

It is preferred that you book the resort stay with the travel agent as you are then added to our wedding party.

You can arrive on or before the first event (the Welcome Party at 7pm on Feb 17th). Sandhya and Abhay will be arriving two days earlier on Feb 15th. The packages listed on the Travel Details page are for arriving on Feb 17th, but you can choose your own dates. However, the prices may be different for custom dates.

Your best wishes and presence at our wedding is all we need.
